Cancellation Policy
A few things to keep in mind: - I encourage you to take 5 to 10 minutes before our call to get quiet, centered, and let the mind settle. - Most clients find it helpful to take notes, so have a pen and paper ready. - Please make sure that you are in an environment that is free from distraction, other people/pets, and all of your devices are silenced or turned off (i.e. phones, tablets, assistants, computers, etc.). If you need to reschedule, please allow for at least a 24-hour notice. If you have a real emergency we'll work around it. No refunds for payments made (does not apply to complimentary session).
